bw55 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bw55", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bw55 gaming platform, its operating entity, and all associated subsidiaries and licensees.
• "Platform" means the bw55 website at bw55.org, any associated mobile-optimised versions, and all software, games, sportsbook markets, and services made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the bw55 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of bw55's registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bw55 Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account by bw55, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age, and address verification process mandated by bw55's licensing authority and applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Terms" means this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety, including all schedules and supplementary rules referenced herein.

By accessing or using the bw55 Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and bw55. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account.

bw55 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Where changes are material, bw55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or registered email address.

To register and maintain a bw55 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bw55 does not permit access to, or use of, the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You are registering as an individual, for your personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bw55 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or licensors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bw55 or any other gaming platform with an active exclusion period.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (+92), and a valid email address. bw55 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided.

bw55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) bw55 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that your Account details, including mobile number, email address, and payment methods, remain current and accurate at all times.
• Logging out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bw55 immediately via live chat or email. bw55 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

Account balances are non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or gift their Account or any portion of their Account balance to any other person.

bw55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to the Account balance upon confirmed receipt by bw55's payment processor. bw55 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account in the Player's own name.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the balance derived from those bonus funds becomes withdrawable.
• bw55 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as required by its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside bw55 standard processing hours may be queued for the next available processing cycle. Standard PKR mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within one business day.

bw55 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds: Free bets and matched deposit bonuses may require qualifying bets to be placed at minimum odds, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are published in bw55's Bonus Terms schedule.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active promotional bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: bw55 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion, and to reclaim bonus funds already credited, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

Players who do not wish to receive a bonus may opt out at the time of deposit. Opted-out deposits are not eligible for retroactive bonus application.

All bets and wagers placed on the bw55 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the Platform:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the bw55 system and a Bet Reference Number has been issued. Bets not carrying a confirmed reference are not valid.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or in error, bw55 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
• bw55 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, both overall and on specific markets, at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at bw55's discretion and are subject to the Platform's live betting rules. In-play odds are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
• For cricket markets, including PSL, ICC World Cups, Test matches, and bilateral series, bw55 applies detailed cricket-specific betting rules covering abandoned matches, reduced-overs games, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations, and tied results. These rules are published in full within the bw55 Sportsbook help section.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software (for virtual games) or live physical equipment (for live dealer games) and are final. No liability is accepted for decisions made by players on the basis of game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bw55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit from promotions without genuine gaming risk.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a legitimate deposit transaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where bw55 has chosen not to offer services, or in breach of any self-exclusion agreement.

All content on the bw55 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, data, and databases — is the exclusive property of bw55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting any data or content from the Platform.
• Using bw55's trademarks or brand assets without express prior written authorisation.

bw55's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the bw55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

bw55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the Platform (for example, payment processors and KYC verification providers) and where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

bw55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

bw55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Player Account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased within a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive in-session notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you of your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, login is not possible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from bw55 for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has expired.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, whether or not the Player was aware of or consented to the applicable game rules and odds.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond bw55's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player Account where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Where bw55 is found to be liable notwithstanding the above exclusions, bw55's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by bw55's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bw55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms published on this page at the time you access the Platform is the version that applies to your use of the Platform at that time.

For material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect Player rights, bonus conditions, payment terms, or responsible gaming obligations — bw55 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the bw55 Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the amendments.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bw55 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bw55 regarding any aspect of these Terms or Platform operations, the Player is encouraged to first contact bw55 customer support to seek an informal resolution. bw55 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated by bw55's licensing authority. The decision of the independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
